bridge cc will not open on pc after adding output module

i added output module bridge cc , won't open working fine before. have uninstalled , reinstalled. have restarted computer. have no idea now.

for installing please download package listed in below mentioned link , follow install instructions.

make sure have recent version of bridge cc(6.0.1) installed.
