Photoshop Plugin with License Key

hi,

 

i want hire developer build plugin photoshop resource website.

 

i have couple of questions , i'm hoping can answered here

 

1. possible license key plugins photoshop (so we/i can control use)
2. possible push assets plugin web server - i.e push new packs of graphics textures etc , have them automatically available inside plugin userclicking"update" or "refresh" on plugin

 

3. hire developer can build photoshop plugins?

1) possible not of protection, although option asking users info (e-mail) @ which you send license key.

 

2) update server possible.
