Premiere CC/Nvidia Card - could not find any capable video play modules
i purchased new toshiba x75 qosmio laptop intel hd graphics 4600 , nvidia 770m graphics card.
specs:
- windows 8.1 x64
- intel i7-4700mq 2.4ghz
- 16gb ram
- 2 500gb @ sata 7200rpm
i have cs5 , wanted use premiere cc. downloaded ppcc cloud , opened few projects made on cs5 couple time s. had add card notebook better faster cuda card recognized , fine. few restarts later recieved error "could not find capable video play modules" , haven't been able open ppcc since. stops on vignette.aex.
opening premiere cc using intel card, i wanted use nvidia assigned better 3gb memory card ppcc. able open few times after.
i've tried:
- uninstalled , installed pp cc several times.
- uninstalled , installed nvidia 770m driver several times. updated 770m driver several times.
- changed "use administrator"
- adding geforce gtx 770mcards" had done afx , other programs. recognized in premiere while still open program (before error started)
- tried changing "compatability" different previous versions of windows (found fixes on adobe threads)
- clearing "profile-username" in "documents/adobe/premierpro/profile"
i have read on adobe forums, searched google , tube, , problem that's ongoing. have not been able find definate answer adobe or else. seems people throwing ideas out there , work , never issue resolve , give up. not me resolve issue , need list of do's me resolve issue right away, please.
