Premiere Pro CC to DVD

i've finished timeline 1080p 24p needs exported. i've tried multiple ways burn dvd using idvd, , have failed. once able burn dvd, there no audio (despite fact export had audio.) i've run out of ideas. suggestions? if suggest using adobe software, please recommend tutorial, idvd program i've used burning dvd's.

 

as secondary question, can't recall export settings more successful. there way recall previous export settings? (like render queue in after effects?)

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
