Creative Cloud not syncing to Creative Cloud Files Folder

hi there

 

i have been using creative cloud since beginning, noticed week no longer syncing desktop files cloud.

all apps date, icon should black , not greyed out.  when click creative cloud, sync turned on in preferences, sync activated in th files part, when click folder see files, no green ticks on folders , no syncing

 

i have been using long time , been working fine until now.  noticed week when stuff put cloud, never synced desktop folder.

 

i moved lot of files , did tidy up, working fine after , stopped working.

 

can please let me know cant try working again.

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
