Dynamically flatten, rename and attach a form to an email message

i've had no luck in past 3 weeks trying figure out...

 

is possible flatten (or use adobe pdf printed file), rename , attach dyamic livecycle form email using javascript?  i'm working on purchase order uses information in form's fields generate email address, contact name, , message along attached form sent vendor, unable change the attachment name or flatten form.

 

any appreciated.

it's not possible in 1 go i'm afraid.

renaming form requires save new name first.

flattening possible printing form or special livacycle server module.
