tabbed panels will only display content of first tab

i have tabbed pannel within accordian works fine when editing in muse.

 

the tabbed panel consist of 2 panels. both of contain html links. on they're own work fine if preview site either of them set defult 1 open work fine. when switch other panel, nothing shows @ all. strange.

 

i've tried in browsers , problem still happens
