Adobe Application Manager keeps asking for licence confirmation

i own student licence adobe creative cloud. has worked fine months during last weeks asked confirm licence agreement when starting cc app.
this has become quite annyoing. today used ps, ai , id – every single app wanted confirmation.

 

is meant work that, doing wrong or might there issue?
