AE and Its Kinda File Memory

i working lot of ae comps on dynamic link in ppro cs5. while in premier seq renders fine , on playback looks expected. on export file comes out color bars on parts generated in ae.

 

the file has not moved , has been in same file location when preped project prior doing edit work @ all. file has not been move nor has been modified.

 

it driving me crazy , has added day , half otherwised finished project. tired of chasing files. (vent)

 

so why hell keep loosing file?

is there way make ae collect file in way ensures reference fedelity?

now not let me replace , there keframes involved. alot of them too.

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
