Thread: Window layout design

sorry, if has been posted before. have searched don't know name/search phrase want goes :} it's 16 years since last programmed (c, c++).

program design layout of window (buttons, entry/output fields), drag , drop. so, can see layout make it. then, layout program auto-generate underlying functions/routine calls , programming functions/routines.

don't plan big project. hand in. language should code in. mentioned, used use c, c++. there better language windowing?

run ubuntu 13.04.

hope basic questions make sense.
