Library Content Encore CS 6

there no library content available menu templetes in encore cs 6. while there solutions posted online, none of them me solve me problem. have downloaded entire creative suite package through schools website (who has agreement adobe) , not have downloads under download history on adobe website. therefore cannot download additional files needed gain access library. there other way solve problem? suggestions extremely helpful , appreciated!!
