Local storage missing in FoxNews/Firefox video box

specs:  v.12 flash player, firefox v.28.0, win 8.1.  set local storage 0; right/click in black video box , same box here. 

 

i have reinstalled flash player, firefox, did system restore; same thing. 

 

in global settings set 0; couldn't change because couldn't local storage box right/clicking on video box.

 

so, deleted in global settings, hoping force reinstall, won't reinstall--the video box in fox news stays blank. 

 

the flash function work in other locations using flash, classicalarchives.com.  youtube works fine.  not fox news videos.  there no local storage when right/click. 

 

it did work 3 days ago.

the problem fixed.  foxnews' problem.  worked again no visible reason.
