Thread: send running terminal to ssh

hi everybody! wandering if possible running terminal window sent on ssh remote display. visualize it, suppose have running @ office's box (eg compressing huge files) , want follow outputs spot @ meeting, class, whatever. can connect via ssh office, , want 'transfer' window remote display. dont know if possible. know can stuff redirecting outputs, guess if windows can transfered way, method can applied running window. know via remote desktop apps, not looking for.

yes possible.

install , use "screen"

sudo apt-get install screen
man screen more details. accessible on ssh aswell (in lan know, use on lan daily)
