Transparent Playbar in HTML5

hi,

 

i working in cp7 on html5 course. have created custom navigation, i'm not using playbar. however, in order closed captioning show above custom nav, turned on playbar, turned off of buttons, , made transparent.

 

everything looks great if watch swf version on pc, if open html5 version there thin, gray vertical bar shows in bottom center area of project (so it's transparent playbar).

 

has tried before workaround getting closed captioning show higher normal doesn't overlay on custom nav? , there remove thin vertical line? i've tried changing colors match background, still shows in same gray color.

can post screen shot. tried said , have no thin bar.
