CS6 versions opening as trial version with paid subscription...what???

i've had paid sucscription since october , today cs6 apps opening "trial versions" previous workspace settings, , others without previous settings. what's going on? there update via creative cloud malfunctioned? i'm not using 30-day trial copy of application - want apps i'm paying monthly way yesterday!

 

is else experienceing glitch in service or applications? why happening? profile , payment info date - gives??
