Need help

i had reinstall photoshop cc , when create new document, it's gray. when paste image on new document, shows in layer pallet, not document.

before go chasing esoteric problems, can try windows > arrange > consoldate tabs.  should open if minimised @ bottom of screen.

 

if not help, can tell operating system using?
