problems starting Premiere Pro CC

i have factory ressetted computer , need redownload previous applications. premiere pro cc 1 of them, time when download , start it, says premiere pro cc has stopped working. need software edit videos making , hope asap. thank you.

so:

 

1. premiere pro cc did work before on machine?

2. did reset image factory image of manufacturer?

 

first of did reinstall, did update cc software latest version (should automatically today due ccd changes)

did allso install os updates again?

basic system troubleshooting

update adobe application

update windows

 

did install updates of grapical driver?

 

advanced system troubleshooting

update video card, printer driver, or device drivers

 

can test startup of pr cc on new user account?

 

see under advanced system troubleshooting

run adobe application in new user account

 

3. on os run software have error message?

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
