Unable to create bookmarks in pdfs.

hello,

 

i unable create bookmarks in pdfs have created. in pdf have created, click on documents > add bookmarks , 1 untitled bookmark displays.

 

i have removed , installed adobe acrobat 3d version 8 , acrobat distiller 8 numerous times, however, has not solved problem.

 

i have sent word file used create pdf other writers in group , able create pdf bookmarks.

 

hopefully familiar problem , has solution.

 

thanks in advance.

i don't have document > add bookmarks option in acrobat 8. suspect that, me, have document > add bookmark (singular). indeeds adds single untitled bookmark current page. rename it, repeat until done.

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
