Captivate 6 published YouTube project quality issues - very bad quality (audio and blurry)

hello

 

i using captivate 6. have published project select preset: youtube windscreen hd (see setting below)

once uploaded youtube, viewing video on computer , on tablet quality extermely blurry , audio terrible (at times double's up).

 

am missing step or setting when publishing youtube?

 

any information on how make youtube video clear both visually , audio appreciated.

please confirm captivate 6 version ( > adobe captivate ).

 

can please try publish project .mp4 format on desktop , check quality of video , audio locally first ? if looks try upload .mp4 output manually tube , check result.

 

also, please use shorter name instead of longer name project title , not include spaces in between them.

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
