Having a problem with new Flash Player

i have installed newest version of adobe flash player 3 times on mac air, , yet it's still insisting need install latest version before can see videos.

 

i've never encountered issue before. can me figure out issue is? i've re-booted several times, no avail , appreciate help!

Creative Cloud - Installation Error 205
