Issue adding Auto-renewable in-app purchase type via App Loader

i have pro dps account , multi-folio itunes subscription newsstand app.

 

i'm attempting add paid 6-month , 12-month subscription options has been free subscription app.

i want charge back-issues, , add each issue non-consumable in-app purchase.

 

i'm building new version of app support in-app subscriptions...

after app built in app builder, added following auto-renewable in-app purchase types via itunes connect subscription options...

 

com.appname.6mo

com.appname.1year

 

i added following in app loader each of back-issues....

 

com.appname.issuename

 

i understand have submit app , in-app purchases via app loader. after adding in-app purchases , choosing "deliver" through app loader following error.

can advise?

use application loader submit app itself, not in-app purchases. use itunes connect submit in-app purchase requests apple. no actual iap files submitted.

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
