Problem with the links to bookmarks

i working acrobat xi pro , ms word 2010.

 

i have 2 word documents, lets call them doc1 & doc2

doc2 includes bookmarks, doc1 linked doc2 bookmarks.

everything work perfect.

 

but when convert doc2 pdf, links bookmarks become simple links open document.

 

what can fix this?

 

thank in advance

are word files in master document?

Creative Cloud - Installation Error 205
