Reorganizing keywords

what correct way reorganize keywords? i'm using bridge cs4 (mac).

i've painstakingly keyworded several thousand images (making keywords went along), didn't pay attention organizing them neatly keywords/sub-keywords. rather, it's looooooong list of words.

 

if organize them, mess keywording in images or have tidyness in bridge itself?

you can open keywords keywords panel , in upper right corner click drop down menu.  select export , believe can change in text editor.  long not change keywords should not affect current keywords on images.
