hi

have ubuntu 12.04 system, has mirrored ide disks running in it. power supply has gone bang.

have ubuntu laptop , copy data onto it, have ide usb adapter, tried taking out 1 disk , connecting laptop. ubuntu disk utility sees disk , says part of array have no option mount. can done ?

it looks need 2 adapters set both disks mirrored array, recover data. i'm not aware of method can suppress raid header mount disk individually. how getting new power supply , rebuilding current system? data worth $50?
