CC / AE launching issues on Imac

i have new imac:

 

i5 processor  3.4 ghz

cores: 4

processor: 1

l2 cache 256mb

l3 cache 6mb

memory 16 gb

 

i loaded cloud suite.  premiere won't launch @ all, , ae takes 5 6 minutes gets there.  seems hang during "initializing media core" phase.

 

as newbie premiere, it's on end.  answers these issues?  can't seem find out on boards.

Creative Cloud - Installation Error 205
