How can I add more fields to a form in MUSE?

i know how add form in muse, , how move or delete field, need longer form more fields , not find how it. so, great know if can done (and how).

see if detailed contact form fits purpose in forms panel in widget library. add more fields, click on blue headed arrow @ top right of form selection boundary, you'll find options create more standard or custom fields. take @ following article - http://helpx.adobe.com/muse/tutorials/adding-contact-form-widgets-muse.html#id_31288.
