Photoshop CC file started to get corrupted

hi, have file i've been working on (photoshop cc + osx 10.9.1).

 

these artifacts appear in layers have effects on smart objects (but not limited too).

i disabled gpu drawing, might related - artifacts remain.

 

is there can do? there "auto-fix" psd files?

it looks display issue.  how long have had cc, , did have before mavericks?  say, how long have been seeing these artefacts , can relate updating os?   need make sure have lates driver video card, not mac user can't advise how go that.  pc go ccard maker's site , update driver there.

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
