Inlay of city congested traffic coinciding with video co-pilots Metro 3-D Plug-In?

any suggestions on how best inlay city nightscene (traffic flow etc. aerial view) w 3-d metropi (also coinciding 3-ds if necessary). in other words city scape set , inlayed in environment, having troubles on how best approach inlaying congestive city traffic in relation city layout. making seem more relatistic. suggestions appreaciated , i'm open advice or technical questions well. jumping in these forums first time. saude e paz..

you have not given go on if project i'd render out of elements in 3d app separate renders lights, shadows, diffusion, specular , on , put 3d scene in ae final compositing , color grading.

 

if trying insert cgi video footage shot camera there lot more steps.
