Printing with PSE 12 comes out very black. PSE10, same machine, prints are OK.

hello.  have pse12 , find when printing, prints come out black.  use marrutt inks, papers , icc profile.  however, have pse 10, fortunately did not uninstall when installing pse 12, , can print (almost) perfect prints using same profile when printing pse 12.    spent whole afternoon adobe on live chat trying solve problem blackness of prints using pse 12,  young man trying solve problem gave , said have check "his superiors".  since then, have had 2 e-mails advising me check adobe's problem-solving general questions, tell me icc profiles, rendering intent, etc., of covered in live chat session no avail.  have heard other users of pse 12 have had problem of black prints.  has had - , solved - problem?  i'd grateful positive advice, not want have use pse 12 manipulate, have go pse 10 print.   thank you, stargazylady
