Thread: Ubuntu and moving music on a Nexus 7

so have nexus 7 plugged in , connected mtp device. nothing comes in nautilus , gmtp doesn't work. capable of moving music onto device? find hard believe device has been hacked oblivion, can't put music on it. i'm running ubuntu 12.10.

update: tried on ubuntu 13.04 machine , works out of box. quite bummer when things aren't supported 1 release prior.
