Problem with Reader/Flash Player

i having problems when try open pages on web sites.  i'm getting message..."adobe reader--before viewing pdf douments in browser must launch adobe reader , accept end user agreeement quit , relaunch browser."  have relatively new imac , had downloaded adobe reader (probably didn't need to), have since deleted , think i've downloaded adobe falsh player 12  (which think has reader part of it).  don't see flash player application...but see flash player installer.    maybe don't need adobe @ on imac?  think there's safari reader.  perhaps they're conflicting?   appreciated.  thx...jack

1. reader doesn't have flash player. pdfs may contain flash content, , need flash player view them.

2. reinstall reader here:  http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ once it's done go mac hd/applications , double click adobe reader app. accept license agreement. trashing app doesn't remove intwernet plug-ins , when try view pdf safari, still shows alert, reinstall , launch first.

3. see: how perform "clean install" of flash player in mac os x

 

that should have fixed in short order.
