Adobe Acrobat, An internal Error has Occured

as per usual product, when ever need extremely annoying issue happens!
all trying open damn .pdf , every time attempt this, same ol' issue "an internal error has occured"
seriously, thought may have been sorted out plethora of people working @ adobe now.... no!even if try open acrobat pro, same shite!

 

ok,
so after adobe uninstall, adobe system clean followed re-install can acrobat run when given administrative control. still unable .pdf's open on own out 'internal error has occured' pop up! however, able open acrobat drop pdf it, opens it!!! kind of *******' annoying really!!!

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
