How do I customize the filename using the inline reader?

hi all,

 

using following headers:

 

1. content-disposition:inline; filename=customized_file_name.pdf
2. content-transfer-encoding:binary
3. content-type:application/pdf; header=present

 

i'd expect default filename customized_file_name.pdf when user clicks on save button. it's not. seems built url.
