heruntergeladene filmmenüs können nicht eingefügt werden. es kommt zum programmabsturz

what computer operating system premiere elements 12 running on?

 

am understanding question correctly...is program crashing when try download movie menu under

tools menu/movie menu?

 

if problem,

 

1. happen if try download 1 instead of @ 1 time?

 

2. please right click on desktop icon of program , select run administrator?

 

3. have antivirus , firewalls disabled when trying download(s)?

 

4. happens if try download instant movie or title templates instead of movie menu...crash also?

 

please review above , let know outcome.

NIK SELECTIVE TOOL INTERMITTANT FAILURE.

ref: win7-64 /ps cs6 /google-nik collection.   after working "a time", select brush option in nik plugin, & when image "re-opens" in ps, plugin has selected ps brush tool, & can paint on effect i'd created, selective tool interface fails open, & there's no way apply or discard effect. at point ps "hung", waiting command either apply, or discard brush effect, can't done without selective tool interface; , way out, ctrl/alt/del close photoshop-- & lose work!  (results in ps appscrash result). the selective tool folder contained selectivepalette.8li file, along seltoolinst.cfg (instructional script tool??), , hdrefexpro2.jsx file. nik told me hdrefexpro2.jsx file did not belong there, & delete it, , sent me seltoolinst.cfg file replace existing one; , fixed problem short time! now works awhile, fails.---wont open either brush command, or automate. i check folder, & "something" has placed/re-placed deleted  hdrefex...
