Poor Cloud storage service
hello,
i'm not big contributor of forum or forum in general, , not kind of guy complains on internet each time i've got error message on screen, time feel have tell think.
and know, quite in computer in general, , try keep system clean , updated possible.
i love adobe products use every day, , 1 of first subscribers of creative cloud.
i started use cloud service preview, , waited long time before final version.
after approximatly 1 year of usage can adobe cloud storage un-professionnal compared other cloud services , don't trust cloud service anymore.
this service not @ core of adobe's historical activity , can verify every day. feel issued coherence of offer, , it's still today in beta version
1) poor performance , accessibility. each time, felt longer dropbox account no info on file syncing. subjective , agree.
2) wrong storage capacity information, no real time storage info update . today cloud empty (0 file) in archive folder, , adobe cc keeps saying that 86% of storage used.
3) frequent sync issues file names. fonts case , had manually search file responsible
4) no easy , reliable way extend storage capacity. on faq, contact @ adobe, no clear , public pricing information.
5) various issues in syncing , , still have no clue why. way delete 18 go files , resync.
6) weird file disapearance....today still no clue
7) frequent errors in deleting archived files. says there errors in deleting.
8) lot of motion graphics , video , no way share video stream, have download se file. weird... when promote video production !!
i don't want charge adobe every issue had or listed here, maybe fault on , overall experience very poor.
so decided leave cc cloud , give money competitor, did first syncs on 100go storage , i'm quite satisfied far. hope continue.
maybe i'll switch when adobe propose more professionnal service.
