Any problems running Windows 7-created help output on Windows XP machines?

hi,

i feel bit silly asking this, i'm not coder , don't have technical knowledge know sure it's silly question.

background: upgrading windows 7 xp in near future. using robohelp 10 , word 2010 - @ least that's plan ...

for our department's major product, since it's big , has been around long time, still stuck using robohelp word generate winhelp. use rhelp word source generate webhelp, since modules of product require winhelp, require html pages, , of source material needed in both outputs. , yes, did read someone's post likening process drinking coffee while running sprint - believe me, if had choice wouldn't doing it. if robohelp has added capability generate winhelp robohelp html, let me know  .

anyway, because of previous weird experiences after upgrades, being asked find out: has used robohelp word generate output -  .hlp or .chm or html pages - on windows 7 machine , tested on windows xp machine? if so, problems observed?

assuming can still creak along robohelp 10 generate same antiquated output ... can, right?? ... gut tells me file file , can't see why .hlp file or web-based files run on windows 7 wouldn't run on xp. again, don't have technical knowledge certain.

any advice appreciated. thank - sandy

creating output on later os not affect ability used older os. issue, know, creating winhelp used on windows 7 or 8. forces each user download file support winhelp.
