form central + business catalyst + ecommerce issue.

hi all

 

we have few websites , have been using form cental create contact forms, gift voucher ordering, , event booking/payment through paypal these sites.
i thought results got (ie names , email addresses) going directly business catalyst mailing lists when send out newsletter, new enquiries , customers it.
but ive realised there no link between (frustrating)

 

so im wondering why need paying form central.
can of in business catalyst?

 

 

also tried find out how upgrade bc include ecommerce (since im assuming cant may gift voucher order forms , link paypal bc webmarketing plan)
i found have go bc: site settings >site management> , there supposed option says upgrade... option has 'delete'!

 

getting bit frustrated, im hoping can give me hand on one. :-)

that different adobe product global use, , noted not tie business catalyst.

if have business catalyast not need paying form central, there no in documentation states need use it. if found somewhere said did, please let bc support team know can update information.

you need build web forms , mailing lists have work bc , need set products, catalogs , use payment in bc ecommerce.
