Reinstall, reinstall, reinstall
i have adobe creative suite 6, of use acrobat x. paid several hundred dollars software. running on windows 7 prof on 64 bit machine.
periodically (usually when need most) stop working. fix to:
1. unistalled
2. run cleaner
3. reinstall , register.
with cost of product, looks adobe insure more stable this. why have keep doing this!?!?!?! cost me time , money!?!?!!?

i sorry inconvinience caused you. if enterprise user volume serial no please create serialised package using aamee 3.1. once package created using aamee 3.1 includes licensing , activation details , not ask further activation.
