Delete default electronic signature

i created "electronic signature" using adobe reader (not digital signature, rather 1 looks hand written signature).

 

now, if sign -> place signature, uses signature "took", without offering create new one.

 

problem is, i'm not happy current one.

 

how adobe reader allow me make new signature, , make default?

 

i tried uninstalling , reinstalling adobe reader.  retained undesired signature.

when go sign--> place signature, drop down arrow , gives option clear previous signature. please see screenshot below:
