Premiere Pro CC keeps crashing in the middle of work, how do I prevent this?

whenever in middle of editing, premeire pro crashes. have installed latest updates. when open premeire pro , leave without using it, after few minutes crashes. checked event viewer , showed:

Illustrator CS5 javascript JPEG export 300 DPI & max quality
