How to get all Master Spread names and UIDRefs

i'm creating document template. have list of pages add template, along names of master pages should applied pages.

 

looking through sdk, seems me buildmasterspreadlist should give me want - mapping names uids. can work out how call properly, because i'm pretty new indesign api.

 

the first parameter of buildmasterspreadlist istringlistcontroldata * should pased in empty , should return list of names. can't find out how create empty istringlistcontroldata object, since sample code seem create them dialog widget.

 

help specific part of task, or suggestions on how best approach creating pages , applying named master pages them appreciated.

you can use interface imasterspreadlist on kdocboss iterate on master spreads of document. uid of each master spread can access imasterspread interface.
