Cannot delete contacts from the contact book in PSE12

i have old list contacts fin contact book way earlier versio of pse. try remove contacts. when choose delete, contact disappears when hit ok close window, contact still there when reopen contact book. how startover contacts in contact book

the easiest way launch organizer , select photomail share tab.  of course select 1 of pictures before clicking on share tab works expected.

 

now should see this:

 

click on icon marked red box , able delete window opens.   select name , click on delete button , done.
