CP 7.0.1.237 randomly plays multiple audio files simultaneously.

ref: hardware - multiple versions of dell laptops, flash or isn't installed (problem occurs in both situations), os windows 7 service pack 1, using cp in creative cloud,  ie 9.0.8112.16421.

i'm building course each slide has multiple images , separate text boxes audio files (1 audio file per callout , objects "cleanly" separated on timeline - no overlaps).  strange thing happening randomly not related timeline, individual objects, or audio files themselves.  during playback (using swf or htm file run course) random slides sporactically play 2 audio files different objects on timeline, @ same time.  if click button in course/program file , return same place in file, okay.  problem reoccur if file closed , run 2nd or 3rd time (even after cache/cookies cleared) - on different object.  , doesn't reoccur @ - closing file , reopening resolves issue!

there no overlaps on timeline or in audio files cause this.  there no advanced actions in play, or unique publishing settings.  problem can't reproduced occur on same slide, on same object, @ same time.  3 different people have viewed published files , experience problem on different slides, @ different times, different objects, , varying rate of instances duplicate voiceover occurs.

we can't release course this, can't find design issue causes it.  publishing bug in software?  has else experienced this?
