11.0.06 crashes and update don't install

hi,

 

sorry if i'm starting new discussion if not absolutely necessary i'm @ point i'm little frustrated. can't support on adobe website needed. got call centre in england due bad telephone lines support non-existent.  don't location on "to ask question".

 

this adobe acrobat xi pro version 11.0.06 crashes.  nog new issue.  download upgrade adobe website , try install thing on mac.  went fine until window asks select software want upgrade (that in first time i've ever seen question on upgrade). when select adobe acrobat xi pro in applications directory end of story.  button should press proceed stays greyed out!  have go , nice answer installation unsuccessful.

 

i'm using marvericks version 10.9.2 time , never had problems acrobat.  problem started few days ago.

 

i see other users have problems re-installation of acrobat pro.  have not attempt try it.

11.0.6 appears latest, seems right that, after checking, upgrade option greyed out.

a week ago in premiere pro cs6 world. one day updated windows, next day few .mp4 video files opened in premiere pro, played fine well, except fact display has green (sometimes multicolour, solid green block) bars in lower third of screen. see screenshot below.   these same files open/display fine in after effects, photoshop , vlc- , quicktime players. i'd read fromyears ago windows updates causing this, removed 1 of therecent kb's no avail. i did install adobemediaencodertrial_64-6.0.3-mul-adobeupdate and dynamiclinkmediaserverretail-1.0.1-mul-adobeupdate and reverted quicktime 7.6 but nothing makes difference.   in end, formatted c:\, reinstalled windows 7 ultimate 64bit , downloaded/installed 260 updates , reinstalled cs6 (and aforementioned ame , dlms updates , qt7.6) it's still same problem.   also tried exporting (part of) 1 of these files, see if wasn't display problem: exported file same properties original has green bars.   what else can do?   thanks in advanc
