Creating Customer Log Ins

on 1 of sites i'm working on client have private price list(s) customers need log in access , download.  there simple way bc?  if not site made muse have dreamweaver cc suggestions/links tutorials great.  when searched found few cs6 said things have changed cc , link provided overview of changes.

you can publish site , use secure zone, include pages in secure zone accessing pages requires users login.
