Why can't Adobe help me in resolving account log in problems?


i in bit of situation - @ absolute level of frustration.  have been loyal user of adobe products since have purchased full version of cs2, full cs5.1 design suite premium. 

 

i loyal user, , it's frustrating because after purchased cs2 (which liked , accustomed to) attempted install on new pc after hard-drive crash....it not work.  contacted adobe support @ time...several times...only told it's due "my older version of cs2 not work new windows software , needed purchase new upgrade"....which in end not case, due adobe not supporting servers registration.....in end, dropped money upgrade cs5.1.  loyal user, not rich one.

 

recently - upgraded pc , went load on cs5.1 onto pc...but alas, cannot locate disks , thinking these possibly lost in recent household move.  no worries...i registered adobe , can find solution...right?  attempted upgrading new cloud, , wanted use previous information , registered serial number , upgrade...but cannot cannot log adobe account????

 

i did not log adobe account using old "unaccessible" email account awhile, , once tried log in, adobe told me had "verify account" checking email (which cannot access longer).  had "create" new account adobe live chat...which did.  told me, after 3 separate chat sessions - each time inform correct persons / department, , within 3 days have contact back.  received email following:

* if can change email address canceling new account since not have serial number's registered or

so, contacted live chat again, , tell me put notes close account in open case...i this, , went check, case no longer open, , when logged current account...no regitration information on account...and no ability upgrade.  @ loss here?  have tried explain situation , past experience, not understanding why adobe treat customers in fashion little guys not matter or??? - i'm not using software illegitimate reasons, nor making fortune using products or???  want use have legitimately paid (which have print out of proof of registration - not list s/n# , when tried enter pc still using on home desktop) adobe website not take number (possilby because it's registered in old account or????

 

i @ loss - try different software different mfg?  sure departure not matter - cannot believe person out there has experienced type of situation , hitting type of brick wall in trying (get this) spend more money adobe.  guess bite bullet , drop full amount new full cloud...but should able use "upgrade" have paid cs5.1 , should allowed?  correct?
