2 attempt on clickbox doesn't work

we have courseware built in captivate version 6, contains demos, try (demo steps learner clicking correct/incorrect steps , getting feedback. have provided 2 attempts per step move forward on click box. added advance action (expression: tryit1_correctscore = tryit1_correctscore + 1) on each step. 2 attempts each step works in course first time attempting again same try without closing browser, each step moves forward on single incorrect click instead of 2 incorrect. pls respond.

what version of cp6 on?  if not cp 6.0.1 or 6.1 (for subscription users) please update latest patch , try again.

 

i've set quick dummy project in cp7 replicate issue , seems work fine.  after clicking retake quiz button , returning slide click box set allow 2 attempts before continuing, project still required 2 attempts each time.

 

perhaps try setting new blank project see if issue occurs in new projects or current one. if it's current one, perhaps there corruption has crept in.

Some mp4 files not displaying correctly (CS6)

a week ago in premiere pro cs6 world. one day updated windows, next day few .mp4 video files opened in premiere pro, played fine well, except fact display has green (sometimes multicolour, solid green block) bars in lower third of screen. see screenshot below.   these same files open/display fine in after effects, photoshop , vlc- , quicktime players. i'd read fromyears ago windows updates causing this, removed 1 of therecent kb's no avail. i did install adobemediaencodertrial_64-6.0.3-mul-adobeupdate and dynamiclinkmediaserverretail-1.0.1-mul-adobeupdate and reverted quicktime 7.6 but nothing makes difference.   in end, formatted c:\, reinstalled windows 7 ultimate 64bit , downloaded/installed 260 updates , reinstalled cs6 (and aforementioned ame , dlms updates , qt7.6) it's still same problem.   also tried exporting (part of) 1 of these files, see if wasn't display problem: exported file same properties original has green bars.   what else can do?   thanks in advanc
