Installation PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 10

je ne peux pas installer photoshop elements 10 sur mon nouveau disque dur sous osx mavericks 10.9.2. le dvd d'installation n'est pas pris en charge. il est éjecté. il était pourtant installé sur mon ancien disque dur avec la même version de osx. l'installation initiale avait été faite sous osx lion.

je n'arrive pas également à charger flash player.

je n'ai pas la raison de l'échec d'installation dans les 2 cas.

a titre d'essai j'ai chargé la version test de photoshop cc dont l'installation s'est bien passée.

and activate serial number.

 

if have problem starting download, didn't follow 7 steps, or browser not accept cookies. 

 

the common problem caused failing meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds cookie system enabling download correct version adobe.com). 

 

failure obtain cookie results in error page being displayed after clicking link on prodesigntools.com or initiates download of incorrect (eg, current) version.

a week ago in premiere pro cs6 world. one day updated windows, next day few .mp4 video files opened in premiere pro, played fine well, except fact display has green (sometimes multicolour, solid green block) bars in lower third of screen. see screenshot below.   these same files open/display fine in after effects, photoshop , vlc- , quicktime players. i'd read fromyears ago windows updates causing this, removed 1 of therecent kb's no avail. i did install adobemediaencodertrial_64-6.0.3-mul-adobeupdate and dynamiclinkmediaserverretail-1.0.1-mul-adobeupdate and reverted quicktime 7.6 but nothing makes difference.   in end, formatted c:\, reinstalled windows 7 ultimate 64bit , downloaded/installed 260 updates , reinstalled cs6 (and aforementioned ame , dlms updates , qt7.6) it's still same problem.   also tried exporting (part of) 1 of these files, see if wasn't display problem: exported file same properties original has green bars.   what else can do?   thanks in advanc
