What DVD burner can I use?

i have dell optiplex 745 running xp. purchased adobe premiere elements 12 edit , publish video on dvd. when finished editing tried burn material dvd, program said did not recognize burner. (i had 2 on system.)

 

i found page on site listing dvd , blue ray burners supported premiere elements, found list quite old, models listed 2006 , 2007, , none seemed available today.

 

can advise burners compatible version 12 of premiere elements? i'd purchase 1 can use program.
