Thread: Long-Time Intermittent User Wondering about Text Glitches

i've been using , recommending ubuntu several years (i believe started in ubunto 7.1), have never seen before. in menus , texts, see strange textual/graphical glitches. here screengrabs:

far these glitches have not had effect on performance, i'm afraid see might grow into. has seen befoe? haven' been able find anyhing on google.

these appeared during installation of os; figured hey minor glitches, seem have instilled in os itself.

edit: have more screengrabs if needed, , feel free ask hardware if factor.

edit 2: while installing steam noticed big variation of glitch: of text on software center window bugging out! here few screengrabs of same window taken consecutively without changing anything:

though can't see text glitching out (i swear is), menus still glitching out, before.
